How big is the hall \u2013 how many people can I have at my event?<\/span><\/h3> <\/i><\/span><\/div>

– The hall holds 108 people
– The space is approximately 2,000 square feet (48 x 38), with the use of an entry vestibule, kitchen, bar area as well as 2 bathrooms.\n\n<\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div>\n \n <\/div>

What does the $250 deposit cover?<\/span><\/h3> <\/i><\/span><\/div>

– The deposit covers ANY damage or extra cleaning necessary to the hall.
– No decorations are allowed to be fastened to the walls \u2013 tabletop decorations only.
– No glitter, seeds, confetti etc. is allowed anywhere on premises.
– The deposit will be returned if the hall is left as it is found with no extensive cleaning.\n<\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div>\n \n <\/div>

What is provided by the Columbian Club?<\/span><\/h3> <\/i><\/span><\/div>

– We provide garbage pails and bags as well as toiletries for both bathrooms.\n
– Coolers, a refrigerator, a convection oven and microwave are available for your needs.
– You will have access to a flat screen TV and free wifi is available.
= Round tables that seat 8 per table and rectangle tables for banquet food or display.\n<\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div>\n \n <\/div>

What shape and size tablecloths do I need to buy?<\/span><\/h3> <\/i><\/span><\/div>

– The round tables use 82-inch tablecloths.
– Standard rectangle tablecloths will fit on the banquet food tables.\n\n<\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div>\n \n <\/div>

How do I book and what are your reservation policies?<\/span><\/h3> <\/i><\/span><\/div>

– Your date is not booked and confirmed until your CASH deposit is received.
– When you inquire about a date, you have two days to confirm, or your date will be released.
