How much does it cost to rent the hall?

$650 for a 4-hour event with a $250 CASH deposit

How big is the hall – how many people can I have at my event?

– The hall holds 108 people
– The space is approximately 2,000 square feet (48 x 38), with the use of an entry vestibule, kitchen, bar area as well as 2 bathrooms.

What does the $250 deposit cover?

– The deposit covers ANY damage or extra cleaning necessary to the hall.
– No decorations are allowed to be fastened to the walls – tabletop decorations only.
– No glitter, seeds, confetti etc. is allowed anywhere on premises.
– The deposit will be returned if the hall is left as it is found with no extensive cleaning.

What is provided by the Columbian Club?

– We provide garbage pails and bags as well as toiletries for both bathrooms.
– Coolers, a refrigerator, a convection oven and microwave are available for your needs.
– You will have access to a flat screen TV and free wifi is available.
= Round tables that seat 8 per table and rectangle tables for banquet food or display.

What shape and size tablecloths do I need to buy?

– The round tables use 82-inch tablecloths.
– Standard rectangle tablecloths will fit on the banquet food tables.

How do I book and what are your reservation policies?

– Your date is not booked and confirmed until your CASH deposit is received.
– When you inquire about a date, you have two days to confirm, or your date will be released.
